Emily Stop
Photography exhibition by Emily Cummins
During her work with the Limelight Photography Group, Emily showed us considerable enthusiasm and a strong interest in using a camera.
She began working on her solo photography project about eighteen months ago.
In collaboration with Emily and the Staff at Limelight we tailored a photography project whereby Emily could document her daily life using a compact digital camera.
By having a camera with her at all times Emily has developed a vernacular style that is uniquely hers. We see in Emily’s photographs an intimate narrative on daily life and affection for her family, pets (Millie the dog) and home.
